All you need to know before you schedule a lesson:

Visit the 'book online' section of the website or contact Brendan at brendanfrain01@gmail.com or +852 9267 8677 to book a lesson (this must be done at least 12 hours before the lesson start time)

A message or email containing the zoom join link will be sent to your child a few hours ahead of the lesson start time. Zoom is a free video-conference platform which will allow your child to join the call of which they will be admitted at the lesson start time. A free account may be required, however this will only take a few minutes to set up; either with your childs email or a parents. For safety reasons or concerns, parents are permitted to request to join the zoom call with their child if they believe it is necessary, and may request for a confidential recording of the zoom call (of which will only be recorded if requested by the parents). However, this recording may not be used to share to other students whom do not attend the service as this will risk the services being cancelled for your child.

Cancellations can be performed by contacting Brendan via email (preferred) or call. This must be done 12 hours in advance to the online session. The sessions can then be rescheduled. If a client requests for a refund, the cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance by contacting Brendan via email, however refunds are not guaranteed and is up to the discretion of Brendan to decide if refunds are granted (however they will be if sufficient time is given)

Payments will be made online when booking sessions via PayPal (if using the website). However, please note that in due time I will be accepting payments directly from Credit/Debit Card. Furthermore, if you would like to pay another way (e.g. Bank Transfer) please contact me directly.

Tutoring sessions are offered in English. Your child should be able to understand English to a degree suited to their subject area in order to maximize their learning.
